Made for Woodland

County-seat busy, appointment easy

Woodland is the Yolo County seat, with a historic downtown around the Woodland Opera House and the Yolo County Fair every August. Instead of planning a trip around an imaging appointment, have a sonographer come to you, or choose a flat-rate visit at our Roseville clinic.

A Concierge visit brings the same ARDMS-certified sonographer and portable system to your home, office or care facility. Woodland is in our local service area, so you can book online.

Either way, your images are read by a board-certified radiologist and your report arrives within 24 hours.

What a Concierge visit looks like

Quiet, private, unhurried

Same equipment, same credentials, same radiologist read as a hospital outpatient department — at your address instead of theirs.

Good to know

Woodland questions, answered

Do I need a referral for an ultrasound in Woodland?
For most studies, no. You can book a carotid, abdominal, thyroid, renal, pelvic, breast, scrotal or soft-tissue ultrasound directly with us. Two exceptions require a referral: DVT (deep vein thrombosis) studies and the second-trimester anatomy scan.
Where is your clinic, and how long does a visit take?
Our clinic is a private room inside the Smith Family Medicine office at 951 Reserve Dr #100, Roseville, CA 95678. Check in at their front desk and you’re typically in and out in about 45 minutes. Clinic visits are by appointment.
Why do home visits cost more than the clinic?
A Concierge visit brings the sonographer and the full portable system to you, which takes about an hour including setup. Clinic visits skip that travel, so clinic prices are lower. The radiologist’s read and the 24-hour report are the same either way.
Do you come to homes in Woodland?
Yes. Concierge visits are available by appointment in Woodland, including Historic Downtown, Main Street and Spring Lake, at your home, your office or a care facility. Home visits here book online.
Is there an extra fee for a home visit in Woodland?
Woodland is in our local service area, so home visits book online. Clinic visits in Roseville are always the standard flat price.
When will I get my results?
A board-certified radiologist interprets your study, and the written report is typically ready within 24 hours. It’s yours to keep, and we can send it straight to your physician’s office on request.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards. Every study has a flat, published price, so you know the cost before you book.
Do you perform echocardiograms or scan the heart itself?
No. Our vascular studies — carotid duplex and abdominal aortic ultrasound — look at the blood vessels, not the heart muscle itself. If you need a heart (cardiac) ultrasound, that’s an echocardiogram, which we don’t offer.
