Our story

Hospital-quality imaging, without the hospital

UltraVision Imaging was founded to bring hospital-quality diagnostic ultrasound closer to the people who need it. Every study is performed to the same careful protocol and read by a board-certified radiologist — without the facility fees or the wait.

Today our home base is a private room inside Smith Family Medicine at 951 Reserve Dr in Roseville, open by appointment. For patients who need us to come to them, we offer concierge home visits by appointment as well, and we see patients in San Diego by appointment.

Natalie Moskalets

RDMS, BSDU · Founder & lead sonographer

Natalie brings more than 15 years of diagnostic imaging experience across hospital and outpatient settings, and is a former Director of Clinical Education. She holds ARDMS specialty certifications in OB/GYN, abdominal, pediatric and breast ultrasound, and brings both expertise and a personal touch to every scan.

Serge Moskalets

Co-founder · Director of operations

Serge leads UltraVision’s operations, business development and partnerships. He focuses on building lasting relationships with clinics and physicians, and on making every patient’s experience — from booking to report — simple and seamless.
