UltraVision Imaging provides RDMS-certified mobile diagnostic ultrasound services for clinics and patients across Northern California (including Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado Counties, and the Bay Area). Our services include diagnostic imaging (OB/GYN, Abdominal, Breast, Pediatric, MSK, etc.) and elective/screening services.

• Booking: Appointments can be requested through our built-in Site forms or by calling (916) 390-0793. A request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our staff.
• 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Fees: Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, or failure to be present at the scheduled time and location, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any applicable deposit.
• Service Area: We provide mobile services within specific geographic areas in Northern California. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational range.

4) Payment Terms
