Quiet by design

Privacy, close to home

Granite Bay is unincorporated by choice: larger lots, gated communities, and a quieter pace than the retail corridors a few minutes west. Our Roseville clinic is a short drive in that direction, so a weekday appointment is an easy trip and a 45-minute visit.

For patients who would rather not go anywhere, a Concierge visit brings an ARDMS-certified sonographer and a full portable ultrasound system to your home. There’s no waiting room, no sign-in sheet, and the only other person in the room is the sonographer.

Either way, your images are read by a board-certified radiologist and the report arrives within 24 hours, to you and, if you like, to your physician.

What a Concierge visit looks like

Quiet, private, unhurried

Same equipment, same credentials, same radiologist read as a hospital outpatient department — at your address instead of theirs.

Good to know

Granite Bay questions, answered

Do I need a referral for an ultrasound in Granite Bay?
For most studies, no. You can book a carotid, abdominal, thyroid, renal, pelvic, breast, scrotal or soft-tissue ultrasound directly with us. Two exceptions require a referral: DVT (deep vein thrombosis) studies and the second-trimester anatomy scan.
Where is your clinic, and how long does a visit take?
Our clinic is a private room inside the Smith Family Medicine office at 951 Reserve Dr #100, Roseville, CA 95678. Check in at their front desk and you’re typically in and out in about 45 minutes. Clinic visits are by appointment.
Do you come to gated communities in Granite Bay?
Yes. We visit homes throughout Granite Bay, including gated communities. We’ll confirm your address and any gate instructions by phone before the appointment.
Why do home visits cost more than the clinic?
A Concierge visit brings the sonographer and the full portable system to you, which takes about an hour including setup. Clinic visits skip that travel, so clinic prices are lower. The radiologist’s read and the 24-hour report are the same either way.
When will I get my results?
A board-certified radiologist interprets your study, and the written report is typically ready within 24 hours. It’s yours to keep, and we can send it straight to your physician’s office on request.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards. Every study has a flat, published price, so you know the cost before you book.
Do you perform echocardiograms or scan the heart itself?
No. Our vascular studies — carotid duplex and abdominal aortic ultrasound — look at the blood vessels, not the heart muscle itself. If you need a heart (cardiac) ultrasound, that’s an echocardiogram, which we don’t offer.
