Made for Elk Grove

Busy week? We come to you

Elk Grove keeps a full calendar, from its many parks to the Western Festival and the Giant Pumpkin Festival. If the drive to our Roseville clinic is a stretch for your day, a Concierge visit brings the scan to you instead.

At our Roseville clinic, most visits take about 45 minutes, at a flat price you see before you book. If getting out the door is the hard part, whether that’s a parent at home, a new baby or a packed week, we bring the same equipment to your living room instead.

Either way, your images are read by a board-certified radiologist and your report arrives within 24 hours.

What a Concierge visit looks like

Quiet, private, unhurried

Same equipment, same credentials, same radiologist read as a hospital outpatient department — at your address instead of theirs.

Good to know

Elk Grove questions, answered

Do I need a referral for an ultrasound in Elk Grove?
For most studies, no. You can book a carotid, abdominal, thyroid, renal, pelvic, breast, scrotal or soft-tissue ultrasound directly with us. Two exceptions require a referral: DVT (deep vein thrombosis) studies and the second-trimester anatomy scan.
Where is your clinic, and how long does a visit take?
Our clinic is a private room inside the Smith Family Medicine office at 951 Reserve Dr #100, Roseville, CA 95678. Check in at their front desk and you’re typically in and out in about 45 minutes. Clinic visits are by appointment.
Why do home visits cost more than the clinic?
A Concierge visit brings the sonographer and the full portable system to you, which takes about an hour including setup. Clinic visits skip that travel, so clinic prices are lower. The radiologist’s read and the 24-hour report are the same either way.
Do you come to homes in Elk Grove?
Yes. Concierge visits are available by appointment anywhere in Elk Grove, including Laguna, Laguna West, Lakeside and Stonelake, at your home, your office or a care facility.
Do you see patients from neighboring communities too?
Yes. We see patients from nearby communities such as Sacramento and Rancho Cordova at our Roseville clinic, by appointment, and Concierge visits can be arranged at home. Our service areas page lists every city we cover.
When will I get my results?
A board-certified radiologist interprets your study, and the written report is typically ready within 24 hours. It’s yours to keep, and we can send it straight to your physician’s office on request.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards. Every study has a flat, published price, so you know the cost before you book.
Do you perform echocardiograms or scan the heart itself?
No. Our vascular studies — carotid duplex and abdominal aortic ultrasound — look at the blood vessels, not the heart muscle itself. If you need a heart (cardiac) ultrasound, that’s an echocardiogram, which we don’t offer.
