2. ULTRASOUND SERVICES AND PHYSICIAN REFERRAL

Our diagnostic ultrasound services are intended to support, not replace, the care provided by your physician or referring healthcare provider. Diagnostic ultrasound examinations may require a physician’s order or referral. All diagnostic images are interpreted by a board-certified radiologist, and results are provided to you or your referring provider. We do not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations directly to patients outside of this process.

3. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP THROUGH THE SITE

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact or appointment request form, does not create a physician-patient or provider-patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only through a formal in-person or telehealth clinical encounter.

4. ELECTIVE / KEEPSAKE ULTRASOUND

Our Elective OB & Family Experience and similar non-diagnostic services are intended for bonding and keepsake purposes only. These sessions are NOT diagnostic examinations and are not a substitute for medically indicated prenatal ultrasound ordered by your physician. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) discourages the use of ultrasound for non-medical “keepsake” purposes. We do not screen for, evaluate, or report on fetal abnormalities or medical conditions during elective sessions. Please continue all prenatal care recommended by your healthcare provider.

5. EMERGENCIES
